"I am so sick to death of people expecting me to be "compassionate" towards her"

message: hi nnaami,

my name's carli and i have been coping with having a schitsophrenic mother for 24 years now; i just spent 3 years of my life parenting my younger siblings because she can't.....

so i read your website, it looks very positive, I am so sick to death of people expecting me to be "compassionate" towards her and never express any hate, anger, etc, and your website doesn't expect that at all!

i am wondering if there are any groups like yours in Perth, where I live? or cheap therapy/psychoanalysis or whatever that you know of?

i feel it's especially important to find a place where i don't have to be 'nice' and 'polite' about my feelings, where i can be honest. and where my reactions are understood.

I tried emailing your group earlier, via paul mckillop's address, however our computer is having problems and im not sure you would have recieved it, so if you already recieved this question from me, im sorry!

thankyou for providing some hope,

leelou
