Prof Margaret J Morris said on the ABC TV Catalyst Program 17th March 2011 in her studies regarding Mood and Food: "We found that a high fat diet or exercise had the same mood elevating effects" "No, I think the occasional chocolate biscuit is ok, I think people need that release and its a pleasurable experience"
