What do we do on the weekend?

Sample Agenda

Confidential supportive sessions
Friday pm
Arrive before 7.30 pm
8.15 pm get together , supper and cuppa

Saturday
9.30 am Breakfast
10.00-11 am Discussion group
Morning tea
11.45- 12.30 Session 2
Lunch
1.30-2.30 Walk or recreational activity
Afternoon tea
3-4pm Discussion: How am I?
6-7pm Tea
Campfire or moonlight walk

Sunday
9.00am Breakfast
9.30-10.00 Solutions?
Morning tea
10.30-11.30 Activity
11.30-12.30 Where to from here?
Lunch
1.30 -2 pm clean up
2.00 pm Afternoon Group
Stomp on the town.
